As a coach with over 13 years of experience, I hold a Master's degree in Business and my experience started in HR corporate roles, including People Development. I have held C-level leadership roles, led transformative HR initiatives in global companies, co-founded startup initiatives, and worked across diverse markets including the U.S., Asia, Europe, and Latin America.
While based in Singapore, I was part of the founding and launch team for the 30% Club chapter in Mexico — an initiative focused on building more diverse corporate boards and leadership teams — deepening my expertise in board-level leadership and organizational diversity.
During my time in Singapore, I also founded 300 Women, a global initiative that offered 300 hours of coaching in exchange for donations to United Women Singapore (UWS), supporting women's development and leadership empowerment.
Throughout my journey, across three different continents, I’ve navigated major life transitions — building a career, leading teams, co-founding initiatives, moving across countries, and balancing leadership responsibilities with personal change.
As a mother, I deeply understand how personal decisions shape not just careers, but entire life trajectories. This lived experience is one of my greatest strengths: guiding others through real, meaningful growth with clarity, authenticity, and resilience.
These experiences shaped a global perspective on how businesses — and people — grow, adapt, and lead through change.
Across industries and cultures, I’ve seen that while leadership styles vary, the human need for clarity, resilience, and purpose remains universal.
